David did an exceptional job on my Dads home. There was cat urine stains that we wanted gone on his white carpet to get his home ready to list/sell. He got them all out!! Even the furniture lines that were left after removing the furniture!! There was a big desk that came with the house and was removed so you can guess how bad the carpet looked after seeing the original color that the rug once was.....not anymore!! Back to white carpeting! I am still in shock as to how nice the carpet looks!! He went above and beyond and even did a few extra things. I recently purchased a home and had a feeling the HVAC system had not been cleaned in a while. I booked a full air duct and dryer vent cleaning through their website - super easy and loved that I was able to see the price upfront (plus there was a coupon for a discount on dryer vent cleaning when booked with air ducts!)  Angel arrived within the window I booked and got right to work, the whole process took a couple hours from start to finish for 7 air vents plus the dryer vent. As expected the vents were pretty dusty... glad I booked this when I did because Angel even found a critter in the dryer vent (yuck!!!!). I am extremely happy about my choice to use Monster Steamer. Another cleaning company left my carpet wet for four days, causing all kinds of related staining issues, smell, and a sticky, crunchy carpet— they refused to come out and even look at the results, let alone redo the work. I called Monster Steamer to fix it, and Ludo knew exactly how to do that. For a very fair price and with great professionalism, he restored the carpet to fluffy, removed the water-damage stains, and treated the whole floor so that the bad smell was gone and potential mold issues prevented! And the whole carpet was even brighter after his work. I am immensely grateful—I feel rescued.
