Important Considerations
Pre-Existing Stains:
If there are stains that have penetrated the padding, such as urine or other liquid spills, these can lead to wicking. This means that even after cleaning, the stain may re-emerge from the padding. To effectively treat these types of stains, a specialized topical treatment is recommended. Without this treatment, we cannot guarantee that the stains will not resurface.
New Stains:
Our guarantee covers only the stains that we have cleaned. We are not responsible for any new stains that may occur after our service during the 30-day period.
