- Carpets must have been steamed cleaned within the last 3 months.
- Carpets haven’t been cleaned in over 1 year but are considered to be clean enough to fall within our maintenance program guidelines.
*Note: Heavily soiled carpets, pet and heavy-duty stains DO NOT qualify for the monster maintenance program. There is no guarantee to remove all stains and spots. This is a maintenance clean.
