We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our cleaning services, which is why we offer a 7-day warranty. If any stains we cleaned resurface within this time frame, we will return at no charge to address the issue.
Important Considerations
Pre-Existing Stains
If there are stains that have penetrated the padding, such as urine or other liquid spills, these can lead to wicking. This means that even after cleaning, the stain may re-emerge from the padding. To effectively treat these types of stains, a specialized topical treatment is recommended. Without this treatment, we cannot guarantee that the stains will not resurface.
New Stains
Our warranty applies only to stains we cleaned during the initial service. It does not cover any new stains that appear after the cleaning is completed.
