I booked a full air duct and dryer vent cleaning through their website - super easy and loved that I was able to see the price upfront (plus there was a coupon for a discount on dryer vent cleaning when booked with air ducts!) Angel arrived within the window I booked and got right to work, the whole process took a couple hours from start to finish for 7 air vents plus the dryer vent. As expected the vents were pretty dusty... glad I booked this when I did because Angel even found a critter in the dryer vent (yuck!!!!). He also gave me steps for preventative maintenance which I really appreciated. Can't recommend them enough!

Another cleaning company left my carpet wet for four days, causing all kinds of related staining issues, smell, and a sticky, crunchy carpet— they refused to come out and even look at the results, let alone redo the work. I called Monster Steamer to fix it, and Ludo knew exactly how to do that. For a very fair price and with great professionalism, he restored the carpet to fluffy, removed the water-damage stains, and treated the whole floor so that the bad smell was gone and potential mold issues prevented!
