Wow this guys are amazing! 
I was looking for a good company and got many good recommendations, they show up on time, really nice and friendly, explained me the whole process and exactly what they are going to do, they did a great job!! I'm so happy with the results, it's even better than I thought! I have a husky so a lot of hair and stains and extra extra extra work, but I must say I didn't expect for this kind of results, everything looks like brand new! 
I will definitely recommend for my friends and family and no doubt I will call them again when I need help!

We've used Monster Steamers for either the 3rd or 4th time now. They continue to be easy to book online and offer up front pricing (and don't worry if you don't know exactly what your square footage is in a given area, they're able to adjust day-of and they've even told us if we overestimated a room size). Angel was our tech this most recent time and he was punctual and thorough (that blacklight was slightly horrifying on my carpet with 4 pets running around but I'm glad he brought it). He left us some disposable shoe covers as well so that we wouldn't be getting our feet damp if we had to go on the carpet before everything was fully dry. --I had my carpeting and carpeted stairs cleaned.  Some places with spots I thought would not ever be spotless again, but as if by magic they were, and the carpet design came through.  I'm not talking regular spotting; these spots  were made by plastic wheels on my portable desk--impressive cleanup job.
--David was personable and dedicated by going the extra mile in spaces I didn't think he could reach.  He was very serious about doing a good job, and he had the physical strength to do it.
