Hired them for upholstery cleaning. Our white couch was so dirty from not cleaning it for a long time and our dogs had peed on it as well. I called Monster Steamer and they booked me for the day after. Customer service was spot on since my very 1st call to the last minute that they left my couch sparkling. Couch is drying very well, smells better than ever, and looks even more sparkling than when we bought it.
